By engaging Flourishing Foliage's services, you agree to these terms. Our professional plant care services include consultation, maintenance, design, and training as specified in individual service agreements.

2. Service Delivery

We provide plant care services at scheduled times. Access to premises must be provided as agreed. Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances with 24-hour notice when possible.

3. Plant Guarantee

Plants under our regular maintenance program are guaranteed for health and vitality. Replacement is provided for plants that decline due to our care. Guarantee excludes damage from environmental factors beyond our control.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are subject to change with 30-day notice.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We maintain comprehensive insurance for property damage protection during service delivery.

6. Cancellation

Services may be cancelled with 30-day written notice. Prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
